Caring Village is a first-of-its kind online dashboard and mobile app that allows families to easily communicate, collaborate, and coordinate caregiving activities. 

Users can build an online village for their loved ones and invite family members, friends, neighbors, and professional caregivers to participate in their care.

The dashboard and complementary mobile app feature a wellness journal, a customizable calendar of events, sharable to do lists with reminders, secure in-app messaging, and caregiver preparedness checklists that make it easier, safer, and less stressful to care for an aging loved one.

Caring Village is for both family and professional caregivers. Share caregiving responsibilities with a trusted circle of family members, friends, neighbors, and care professionals. Our goal at Caring Village is to ensure that you, or anyone else who wants to lend a hand, have the most comprehensive set of resources available to provide the best care for your loved one.

To create a village, Sign Up with either your e-mail, Apple or Google account. Once you have done so, you will be walked through the process of creating your very own village.

Free is $0 for one village with up to two members.

If you’d like more members or additional villages, compare the paid plans:

• Circle: $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year for up to two villages, with up to five members in each.
• Village: $24.99 per month or $249.99 per year for up to five villages, with up to 50 members in each.

It’s always free to join a village as a member, and there’s no limit to the number of villages you can be a member of.

Each village can have up to two members on Free, five on Circle, or 50 on Village. These are total members per village. Invited members join for free. Compare family plans.

Once created, your personalized village becomes the "Command Center" for all of your caregiving activities. Invite family, friends, neighbors, and care professionals to share in the responsibilities of caregiving. The dashboard and mobile app feature:

Your data is safe and secure with Caring Village. All data stored is fully encrypted and secured through role-based access. Information shared within your village will only be visible to other members of that village.

We take your personal information security very seriously, which is why we created Caring Village from the ground up to protect your data.

Yes. You can create one village on Free, up to two on Circle, or up to five on Village. Joining a village someone else created is free and separate from the limit on how many villages you can create.

To switch villages, open “Select Another Village,” then “My Villages.”
