About Ron
Ron Novak is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Caring Village, where he leads the team building tools that help families organize, share, and stay on top of the work of caring for an aging or ill loved one.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Ron has spent more than 25 years in information technology across a range of industries. Before Caring Village, he was an executive at Segue Technologies, an Arlington, Virginia software and IT services firm, where he led the commercial and non-profit business lines and guided the company's sell-side M&A to a successful exit. Segue was acquired by Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) in 2020.

Why Caring Village


I helped create Caring Village to honor the legacy of my father and to help families care for their loved ones in need, as well as each other. I remember how difficult it was for my siblings and me to manage all of the caregiving activities for our father after he was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer.
