About Lynda
Lynda Menegotti is the chief operating officer of Caring Village, where she leads day-to-day operations and helps the team turn the real, often messy needs of caregiving families into a product they can depend on.
Before Caring Village, Lynda built her career in customer experience and operations, including a customer advocacy role at Leadpages and project management at Avenue 81. She studied organizational psychology at the University of Guelph. Her work is shaped as much by what families go through as by operational discipline.

Her caregiving story

Some of Lynda's earliest memories are of helping her grandmother care for her grandfather, who lived with ALS. Her grandmother cared for him at home for 13 years after his diagnosis, and witnessing that devotion left a lasting impression on her.
Years later, Lynda's father battled cancer while she lived several hours away, and her family faced the same distance and coordination challenges before her mother and grandmother passed. Those experiences are a large part of why she does this work today.
